We are free for researchers to publish their work when they select the free Silver Plan, plus it's free to sign up. However, selecting one of our three low-cost
paid plans helps keep more profits for members to be redistributed later when able (see
CRPS/SRGS) rather than to investors who'll get equity in exchange for picking up our business costs when researchers select the free plan. That is, paying a small membership fee helps keep the platform 'community-owned', and we are 'Profit for Purpose' (PFP) with the purpose being our members. Yes, "reparative capitalism" against extractive capitalism and for economic democracy is radical! ... But only because it's fair.
